Each partner has its own unique program to differentiate themselves. It's important for us to stay on top of these programs in order to provide the client with purchasing recommendations that's based needs.
The customer is always right, no exceptions. Our clients grade our providers. This happens several times throughout the service lifecycle. If a client states they are dissatisfied with a partner and recommends the partner be removed, removed they shall be. Immediately, without delay and without recourse.
